You pay per adult staying, children 15 and under stay free, and you can adjust numbers freely up to 90 days before you arrive. After that you can still add guests, just not remove them.

Your price is set by the minimum for your dates, then each extra adult is added at the same rate. Weekends within 8 weeks of arrival open up to smaller groups and one-night stays - just ask.

Add a third night to any two-night stay for just £50 per adult. Arrive a day early or stay on, subject to availability.

Fill the house for a two-night weekend and we add these, on us.

Pay a 25% deposit

Balance 90 days before
The remaining 75% is due 90 days before arrival, by card, Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
Day guests
Friends joining for the day get an Experience Pass, £55 per adult, 2pm - 11.30pm, with a gown, slippers and towels for the hot tub.
Cautionary deposit
A £1,500 card pre-authorisation, set up no later than 24 hours before arrival and released within 10 working days of checkout.
